European experts in cryptocurrency tax reporting unite the efforts in order to enter markets in the United States and Canada.
Blockpit, an Austria-based crypto compliance expert, has finished the unification with its German adversary CryptoTax
Both companies provided crypto tax reporting tools. Now they will cooperate to get to the markets of the U.S., Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom in 2021.
Based on Blockpit’s representatives information the merged companies plan expanding their presence in Europe as well
Based on the information from Klaus Himmer, co-founder and managing director at CryptoTax, the new merger essentially will help to companies to get to international level.
“The medium-term goal is to combine both companies to a renowned global player as well as an intensive expansion into the U.S. market”.
Blockpit’s executives mentioned that the merger will not influence in any way the existing customers of both companies in any way as both Blockpit and CryptoTax will save their headquarters in Linz and Munich. Over the next few months, CryptoTax will do re-design in order to become adapted with the Blockpit interface.
